Product and Workmanship Warranty
Lumierescape stands behind the quality of our products and the craftsmanship of our installations. We want you to enjoy worry-free lighting with confidence.
1. Product Warranty
All lighting products and components supplied by Lumierescape are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty periods may vary depending on the product but typically range from 2 to 5 years for LED lights and related equipment.
The warranty covers defects in materials under normal use.
2. Workmanship Warranty
Lumierescape provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on all installations from the date of completion.
This warranty covers defects in installation, including wiring, mounting, and connections, provided the system has been used under normal conditions.
3. What’s Covered
Repair or replacement of defective products.
Correction of installation issues caused by workmanship.
On-site service where necessary to resolve the issue.
4. What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or alterations made by third parties.
Issues resulting from extreme weather, natural disasters, or power surges.
Normal wear and tear, including fading of finishes due to exposure to sunlight and outdoor elements.
Products not supplied or installed by Lumierescape.
5. Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim:
Contact Lumierescape at info@lumierescape.ca with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.
Our team will review your request and determine whether repair, replacement, or service is required.
If the issue falls under manufacturer warranty, we will assist you with the claim process.
6. Limitation of Liability
Lumierescape’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products or workmanship.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use or inconvenience.
